At Fausem Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, styling, or misuse.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Human Hair Wigs & Synthetic Wigs

Due to hygiene and health regulations, wigs are eligible for return only if:

  • The lace has not been cut.
  • The wig has not been worn, installed, washed, dyed, bleached, curled, straightened, customized, or altered in any way.
  • The original tags and packaging remain intact.
  • The wig is free from odors, makeup, hair products, or any signs of use.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn or altered.


Jewelry Returns

Jewelry may be returned within 30 days if:

  • It is unused and unworn.
  • It remains in its original packaging.
  • It has not been damaged due to misuse or improper care.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return if they have been worn.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs with cut lace.
  • Wigs that have been worn or customized.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care.
  • Items returned without original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange an eligible item for another size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team before returning the item.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  4. Carefully package the item and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or if the mistake was ours.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  4. If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect shipping address that results in the package being returned, any refund may be reduced by the shipping costs, return shipping charges, and any applicable handling fees.
